Welcome to Studio 3! We are a community of mindful movers who believe in showing our body love through low impact strength and flexibility training. Our classes allow you to connect to your body, learn proper form, and work your body from head to toe!
Our technique blends ballet, pilates, and yoga to provide you with the best of all three! Our workouts consist of both precise and dynamic movements that when done consistently, can dramatically improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
